Most contractors underbid. They find out at tax time.

Pricing in your head misses overhead. A 20% markup isn't a 20% margin. "Extra" work goes unbilled. This kit fixes the whole money side of a contracting business — estimating, proposals, change orders, invoices and contracts — in one download.

Works in Excel, Word, Google Sheets & Docs · Instant download · One-time payment

The job felt profitable. The bank account says otherwise.

You bid the job in your head. Materials and labor, sure — but overhead (truck, tools, insurance, phone) never made it into the number.

You added 20% markup and thought you made 20%. On the final price that's really 16.7%. The gap walks out the door on every job.

The client kept asking for 'one more small thing.' You did it. You never charged for it. That's pure profit, gone.

The invoice had no terms. The check is 70 days late and you're the one who feels awkward calling about it.

None of this is a skills problem. It's a paperwork problem — and paperwork is fixable.

5 tools · one download

Everything that protects your money, in one kit.

1

Estimate & Profit Tracker (Excel)

Enter your materials and labor. The sheet adds overhead, applies the correct margin math, and tells you the exact price to quote — then tracks estimated vs. actual cost per job so you finally know which jobs made money.

Kills the #1 silent killer: underbidding because you 'marked it up 20%' and only kept 16%.

2

Job Proposal Template (Word)

A clean, professional proposal that wins the bid — with a deposit + milestone payment schedule built in, so money comes in along the way instead of all at the end.

Look like the established contractor, not the guy with a number scribbled on a card.

3

Change Order Form (Word)

The single highest-leverage page in the kit. Every time a client asks for something not in the original job, this form prices it and gets it signed before the work starts.

Stops the most common way contractors lose money: doing 'extras' for free.

4

Professional Invoice (Word)

An invoice with explicit payment terms and a late-fee clause — the difference between getting paid in 15 days and chasing a check for three months.

Clear terms get you paid on time. Vague invoices get you ignored.

5

Contract & Scope of Work (Word)

A plain-English contract for bigger jobs — scope, price, payment schedule, change-order clause, warranty, and termination, all spelled out.

Protects you when a job goes sideways. One dispute costs more than this whole kit.

Common questions

What software do I need?

The tracker is an Excel file; the proposal, change order, invoice and contract are Word files. All of them also open in free Google Sheets / Google Docs and in free LibreOffice. Anything you type into is marked in blue.

I'm not a spreadsheet or computer person.

The kit is built for that. The tracker has a 'START HERE' tab and a Settings tab where you enter your rates once. After that you fill in materials and hours — it does the math. The Word files are just fill-in-the-blanks.

I run a one-person operation. Is this overkill?

It's built for exactly that — solo contractors and small trades crews (electrical, plumbing, handyman, remodel, HVAC, landscaping). No employees or accountant required.

How do I get it?

Instant download. You pay by card through secure checkout, and the download link appears right after payment.

Is there a refund?

Yes — if it's not useful to you, email angenavarr77@gmail.com within 30 days for a full refund.
